I bought these for my fiance for his birthday. It's his first pair of Hey Dude's and he loves them. He said they're really lightweight and very comfortable to wear. His shoes get pretty dirty reaĺly fast so one of the biggest bonuses of these Hey Dudes Cody's is they are machine washable. He's pretty hard on shoes so most don't last for long for him. Shoes fit right to size. Good quality material. However, you will want some better soles. Not much slip resistance as they are hey dudes... And they don't breathe pretty much at all. So your feet can get hot pretty easily. But they are light weight and look nice.

I love this shoe. It fits true to size and is very comfortable. Originally, I ordered a size 12 because that is the size of Hey Dude’s “Wally” shoe that fit me and in the Cody it was too big. I sent it back and ordered an 11, which is my normal size, and it was perfect. The shoe is fantastic looking and so soft. Very comfortable. I would highly recommend this shoe. I require special insoles because of my high arches and heal pain and they fit in the shoe perfectly. I have three other Hey Dude shoes and they are the most comfortable shoes I have had in years. The only problem with this company is their sizing is not consistent. When I order a Wally, I must get a size 12 which is tagged as a US-M12 / EU-45. This one is said to be a US-M11 / EU-44. I measured the insoles of both the Wally M12 and the Cody M11 and they are exactly the same size. Very strange. The short version is, Hey Dude’s sizing is not consistent between different models / styles. Overall, though, I am very pleased with these shoes as casual everyday shoes. ... show more

I bought these for Italy, thinking they might look decent and are comfy to walk in. They immediately turned into house shoes based on their look. They fit larger than I thought and were pretty loose. Not bad though for the house. They are comfortable. I would buy again just a different style.
