As the water starts to cool off for fall, my son needed a wetsuit for his surf lessons. I purchased 2 sizes and the 10 fit him perfectly. He’s 8 years old, a little tall for his age and weighs about 80-85 lbs. He was comfy and the wetsuit provided extra insulation to keep his body warm. We liked the quality of the wetsuits. They are a decent thickness and quality for the price we paid. However, my children are very tall and thin and these wetsuits aren't sized to fit their body type. My 12 year old is swimming in the size 12. My 5'7" 14 year old that wears men's small fits the size 12. It is a little too short in the arms and legs, but the body fit is perfect for him. The size 16 fit a friend who wears women's mediums. If the fit was better, we would have been happy with the purchase ... show more
