I purchased this bag for the size and the layout, which is pretty good for my use. Exterior pockets can be hard to find and there is only one. I also wander how sturdy it is and it does have a faint smell of leather. Not the best leather but for under $100, what do you expect? This is such a cute purse. It carries everything I need (kindle oasis, makeup purse, wallet, water bottle and other junk). The short handles are very comfortable, but I wish the shoulder strap was a little wider for comfort. It has plenty of pockets for the interior, and I use the outside pocket for my iPhone. Another Amazon order that I received that went down in price of what I paid! That is very frustrating. However, the bag is beautiful! I bought this SOLELY based on reviews and on ONE question asked. The leather is soft and luxurious! I'm sure it'll soften over time with use. It looks of great quality! I'm excited to be able to use this. I NEVER use the cross body straps, so I always give those away. The bag looks much more expensive than what I paid. I got the black one and it looks amazing! The lining feels like the ORIGINAL Coach lining, not the highest quality, but also not cheap. Very happy with the purchase. Would purchase another Heshe bag. :) ... show more

The package arrived timely. Shipping/packing of the poduct was BAD. This $90.00 handbag was shipped in a only a polybag --USPS. It was put in the mailbox, which meant the plastic package was folded in half- which meant the handbad was squished tightly into to mailbox, I would not get the handbag to reshape. (There was a cloth bag around the hangbag.) The quality of the handbag is borderline ok. Between the packaging and the quality--I expected better. I am unable to return as the packaging got tossed. I am so amazed at how well-made this bag is! the stitching is perfect, as well as the hardware (silver.) I bought the black one and I love the shade of black it is. it is genuine leather and I love the smell!, it's not overwhelming but just that perfect leather smell, which I love. the leather is soft but not too soft, and makes the bag feel very sturdy without feeling too heavy or bulky. the inner lining is beautiful, it's some kind of satin material, and combined with the leather makes the bag feel just wonderful to carry. it has the perfect amount of space for all of my things without being too large. I am 5'3 and was worried this bag would be too big for my frame but it's not, its perfect!! overall, I am so so happy with my purchase! I absolutely love this bag. I feel like I've received a designer handbag without paying that amount of money. this bag really does give you the same beautiful quality but for a much more affordable price. I ordered this Heshe purse in the color black and received the brown purse. Also, it did not come with a dust cover just in the plastic Amazon bag and the feet on the bottom of the purse had this sticky substance on it. A few months back I ordered the burgundy purse from Heshe and it was great. This purse was a disappointment. I will return it. ... show more
