This dress is awesome. The price was great. I'm 5'5" and about 150lbs but I do work out. The hem hits right above my knees, it's form fitting, not baggy at all. I wore it on a hot day and it was so comfortable. This dress is lightweight I felt like I wasn't wearing any clothes at all. It's not see through and the color is true to the sellers website. I wear dresses to work with sweaters all summer and am always looking for comfortable, pretty additions. I tried this dress in both Medium and Large. The medium fit well, but because the fabric is not gathered at the waist and is stretchy and pretty thin, you could clearly see my belly button through the fabric. You know what I mean, ladies. I then ordered the large, which is much more flattering on the bottom. The top on the large is a bit roomy, and I may go ahead and have it altered, because I like the feel of the fabric and the pretty patterns. I don’t write this review lightly. I do not wear dresses; however, due to my hip reconstruction surgery, I needed something more comfortable and easy to navigate in while recovering. I thought this was a nice flowing short sundress however, when I received it, it came down past my knees that I may have to go get it altered. The top fits fine however at 5’1 it’s giving grandma. Fabric is nice and stretchy color is a do red.

This dress is lovely! The second I tried it on, I ordered it in a second color and now own both black and red. 1. I would not stress about the sizing too much. I'm 5'9 and ~200 lbs, 36D, and wear a size 10-12 depending on the cut of the clothing (I am pear-shaped). I ordered a medium and it fits well. I could have gone with the L, which would have given me a little more length, but I've currently gained some "quarantine weight" and wanted to go with the smaller size so it would fit me when (if?) I got back down to my smaller size. The length is short, but not unwearable, and the chest is filled but not spilling out. If you hold more of your weight in your chest/waist, you may want to size up. 2. The material is impressive quality for the price. It feels like a stretchy cotton material and doesn't show every bump and wrinkle through it. It also has enough weight so that the dress flare doesn't lift up. I've washed the dresses in hot water and hung to dry, and haven't had an issue with shrinkage or the colors bleeding. 3. The waist is a natural high waist, meaning it comes about 2-3 inches under the bra, around the lower third of your ribs (I'm tall with an average torso). 4. The dress style is really flexible, so you can add a cardigan/tights for fall or wear as is in the summer. It's also really comfortable. I don't find myself constantly pulling at the dress or fussing over it. All in all, this is a perfect easy sundress to add to your closet. I'm going to be purchasing more colors ASAP! ... show more
