Putting it together was pretty easy - I did need to get some help on putting one of the tubes into another - it did NOT want to go in. It's lightweight, so it's a little flimsy. We had to lean it back against a wall to keep it from falling forward. Full disclosure though, I did not use the water bags that came with it to stabilize the bases. Flimsy. I highly recommend using weights on the bottom stands. Even with just a few balloons it is not stable.

One of the bolts at the bottom was welded on incorrect. Not very sturdy. Going to exchange it hopefully the replacement is built better.
