I read a lot of the reviews about this robe and was on the fence about purchasing. I took a chance and decided to go for it. The robe is extremely cozy and invitingly warm -- without noticeable weight. I'm 5' 8.5" and 155 lbs and the robe fits perfectly. Sleeves are just right and the length of the robe hits me at mid-calf -- which I think is very acceptable. Everyone talks about the "see through" pattern of the robe. Yep. The fabric gets really thin with this honeycomb pattern (meaning the material alternates puffy and thin). Kind of hard to explain. This was a bit disappointing because I am a slightly worried that a hole could develop. (Only time will tell.) I think the built-in belt is great and I really like the side pockets (front pockets are so annoying as they are pointless.) The color is a steel gray -- meaning there is a lot of blue in the gray color.) The packaging is odd as it is vacuum packed. However, I opened it, examined the robe, tried it on and decided to keep it. With that, I popped it in the dryer for 5 mins. and it came out fluffy and wrinkle-free --and nice and warm! The $38.00 seems like an "OK" price-- especially if the robe holds up for a few years. The robe is made in China and I honestly hate buying things made in China -- but it seemed like the best robe available on Amazon for the money. ... show more

My daughter asked for a full length plush robe for Christmas. I ordered this one and it was delivered in just a few days. It was exactly what she wanted. It fit great and was full length. It was nice and soft and plush. Very warm to wear. Now, I need one just like it.

This is the best bathrobe I've ever had! It is long enough to hit at mid-calf (I'm 5'8"). It is the softest and most comfortable robe ever! I like that the belt is attached- it is comfortable and stays in place. Love it!

Perfect length. Very warm. Not light weight. Nice for chilly nights. I do not like the band across the back. It fits too high and is not comfy. I am going to see about working over the ties to make it fit my shape better. It is beautiful and soft.
