    • Claw stopped working
This toy is so cute however ours has a faulty claw that does not open so its not able to be played with. If it worked it would be 5 stars. Very disappointed as this was pricey and a top wish list gift for my daughter for Christmas. I’m reluctant to purchase again due to similar reviews.

    • Claw doesn't open
The media could not be loaded. Cute, but claw doesn't open up to grab the toys. Defeats the purpose and makes it impossible to grab a toy. Will be returning. Update: The new machine arrived and works very well. Eggs are a bit hard too open. Kids will need parents help to open.

This is so cute however ours has a faulty claw that does not open so its not able to be played with. If it worked it would be 5 stars. Not easy or hard to get the prize (perfect to play in my opinion). it also Goes slower when It goes front to back compared to the right and left sides. There is no scratches but when their light flashes on the hello kitty’s head there is lines appearing witch makes the iteam appear like as if it was damaged a bit but it isn’t it is just manufactured like that and As I said only when the light is closer to the object (light flashes directly on it). This is fun I really enjoy this new toy 👍🏽💕 And it looks also like a decoration in the room. For me the price is fair and the size is Good not huge and not tiny. The quality/durability of the machine seems good only the claw looks super weak. The materials of what it is made of seems a bit cheap mostly the characters(prizes) I really wished they were made of better material quality and looked more realistic (not to be rude I really love it 🌼). After a phew attempts the claw machine broke…. it doesn’t want to open anymore For no reason at all and for now I hope it will work again the claw machine if not Im really disappointed in this product because everything seemed to go well. ... show more
