mine wouldn’t turn on from the first go. never got to try it bc it wouldn’t turn on. no light, no heating up, it’s just dead. guess i will try returning and getting another one. these are too expensive to be sending out defective ones.

    • perfect but I got some tips:
A perfect foil machine, the only and most significant difference between a mink machine and a standard laminating machine are that the mink machine is adapted to different situations of pressure - depending on what you decide and the thickness of the paper you want to print on. Some things I have to note: - In the first use there is a strange smell but it is fine but afterward, it's gone. - It heats up quickly and is fun to work with, but I recommend to give it breaks from time to time and not leave it on for a long time. -Because it is hot, it should be placed on a surface that will not be affected by the heat emitted from it. -The attached accessories are very helpful yet I recommend buying another heatproof folder that will be just in case. The machine works exceptionally well and highly recommends investing and purchasing the kit because it saves a lot of hassle in obtaining materials, and here you have the whole base. ... show more
