The Reniteco Heavy Duty Tool Bag 16 inch Black is a very nice bag at this price point. You can see from the photos that it holds plenty, any more and you would get a hernia carrying it. I prefer multiple bags depending on the task, general repairs, electrical, plumbing etc. so going any larger is not really necessary. The "A Frame" style with the zipper closure prevents you from overloading the bag as well. The bag is very well constructed. The four plastic feet should not scratch flooring or leave rust stains however, they do not fully support the bag so some material will be touching whatever surface you place it on. There are plenty of pockets inside and out. I would prefer that the inside pockets were a bit higher. My only real complaint is that there was no excess material left for the pockets, so they are a tight fit if you want to stuff both the inside and outside pockets. In the photos you see the outer pockets full but there is hardly any room to use the inner ones for any bulky items. That is fine for me as I tend to keep larger items inside that do not require the pockets. Overall this is a well constructed bag and a good purchase if you do not want to break the bank open for more expensive competitors bags. ... show more

This is a good bag for mid to larger size items in particular. Material is thick and strong, bag seems mostly well made. I wish it had a solid bottom, but maybe that's just a personal preference. My main complaint is that the side pockets are all large, so they're not well suited for holding a single screwdriver or wrench or drill bit, etc... This bag is better for holding items that are a 1-2 inches thick, i.e. my stud finder, my voltmeter, my case of drill bits. I wish it had some tighter pockets for smaller items. This is a decent sized bag that works out quite well for various projects. It fits the tools you need for the project at hand, and has outside tool spots for slipping in your most used tools and having them handy. I call it a project bag, because it is geared more to that in my opinion. It can be used for just about any industry, or situation, from plumbing to woodworking, to repairs, to general purpose tools, to even using it for network tools and things like that too. I needed a small tool bag, so decided to give this a try. It appears to be well constructed with a nice feeling heavy duty zipper. There are a number of side pockets, but since they don’t a flap over them to secure what I put inside I won’t use them (I tend to lose tools if they are just sitting in an open pocket). The interior has pockets that I will use since I won’t lose them because of the zipper enclosure. Time will tell how well this bag hold up. ... show more

I think people will find plenty of uses for this tool bag and lets clarify from the start that you are only buying 1 of these...on the products Amazon page they advertise tool bags but the plural is used incorrectly and they are selling and you are getting only one. The bag itself is well detailed with lots of pockets for tools and hardware both on the outside and on the inside of the bag.. The big rubber handles are comfortable when bag is heavily loaded and the clip on shoulder strap works well, particularly if you need to have free hands to carry other things. I'm using this in my truck to hold spare hitch balls, hitch pins and spare tow bars. Very neat and handy way to carry this gear and bag seems to be handling the load well. I probably have about 40 lbs of gear in it right now and it seems to be dealing with it well, I like the rubber feet on the bottom of the bag and how it doesn't move around in my truck bed at all. No matter how you end up using it, the build quality seems good and material strong enough to deal with a serious load. ... show more

This is a very nice tool bag with plenty of pockets along the inside and outside. It is made of sturdy nylon. The base is made of a hard material and there are rubber feet on the bottom of the bag. The handles are large and comfortable. A shoulder strap is included, which is a nice touch I have not seen with my other tool bags. The bag is large enough to hold plenty of tools. The zipper is very heavy duty and should hold up over time. I have been using this bag for a couple of weeks now and I am very impressed with the overall quality and the amount of space and number of pockets to hold my tools. ... show more

Nice tool bag with lots of pockets and storage. Center section zips closed to keep your stuff inside and lots of pockets on the outside. Not as big as some and bigger that others - I would call this a medium sized. I just know its the perfect size to fit on the floor of my tractor in the corner out of the way and is big enough to keep a few basic tools to help keep my equipment running! ... show more
