Two pieces: inground stake and post support. The inground stake is cheap and easily bends when hammering into the ground. Once bent you can't align and attach the post support. I returned this item.

We used these to anchor a potting table in an area that can get 40mph wind gusts coming down from mountains into a valley. They are probably overkill for that use, but the table kept blowing over and this was the only product that served this purpose.
