You will not be sorry you purchased these cantilever scope mounts. Without a doubt the best I have ever owned. I just tossed a set of 100.00 scope rings in the trash and these scope mounts make them look like garbage. They are made to tight tolerances and light weight but built to take heavy recoil.

The overall quality seemed OK except the inside diameter of the mount was 29.5mm while my scope's OD was 30 mm. I could have forced the scope into the mount but that is not the correct way to mount a scope also I could have lapped the mount but that would have taken a lot of time and lapping compound. ... show more

Put a 50mm objective scope on the rifle and still had room. It may be a little tall for some folks. This was affordable, looks great, easy to install, and performs well. Couldn't ask for anything more!

This is a very ruggedly built cantilever mount! The it's very well machined and has a 20MOA offset. It's definitely worth the money. It's extremely easy to install, and has shims for different mounting options for different scope diameters. It's a very functional mount, and fits great without losing zero! This product came well packaged in a clear plastic box The machine work on it looks to be good quality. The inside of the rings do not have any finish. The mount has a built in 20 MOA cant. This really isn't needed for the AR-15 but could be helpful for AR-10. A torx tool and 2 extra screws are included with the mount. The finish is black and there is writing on the mount indicating the amount of torque to apply to the scope mounts and the rail mount. I wish there wasn't any writing on the mount. This information should be in the instructions. There are cuts made in the base to reduce overall weight. The product is lightweight and appears to be made of aluminum. This will fit a scope with a 30 mm tube and they also sell one for a 34 mm tube. This does not fit both tube sizes as another review stated. You need to order the size you need. I'm not sure if this mount will require lapping. I would have given this 5 stars if the finished the inside of the rings and didn't have writing on the finish of the mount. ... show more
