I have not washed the scrubs yet, but the fit is nice, top may run a bit small. I have a Large and I am 5'5" and weigh 142 wear mostly 8-10 size, my tope is not tight. Bottoms I have are Medium, good length. Not very stretchy. Very comfortable material.

Best scrubs ever. I have one pair for each day of the week, which I have washed weekly for 5 years without needing to replace. They don’t hold on to stains, don’t require ironing (even after sitting in the dryer or laundry pile) and are super flattering. Personally I find the bottoms run a size smaller than the top.
