This product does not match the advertised description. The phone charging cables are not 36" long, and the Phone Types lack the green lights shown. The item is bulky, heavy, and nearly three times the size of the 2-foot model I previously ordered. The plastic feels cheap, the USB-C cable doesn't retract properly, and the text on the charger is dull and non-reflective. Due to these issues, I am returning it and hope the replacement matches the description on Amazon. ... show more

It is a nice piece for having the 3 connectors within easy reach. But there are two issues with the design that may equate to breaking later: 1) the cords do not easily extend nor slide back into place - just begging to be over-pulled 2) the cable input can be easily broken - especially since most don't pay attention to the bottom where it hooks to the car ports. ... show more

Update: this wont charge anyones phone unless it directly put into an usb port. I used the plugin usb charger so it would reach. Which triggers Auto Connect. I am unable to use. Customer didnt know how to to retract cord. Orig review: set the item up and realized it sticks too far out for the comfort of my riders. It would get hit or cause injury. Moved it to driver side and placed it sideways (plugs facing door instead of rear), now the usb plug is too short to reach power. This is would be great for cars with more space and plug in the consule or back seat - not upfront by the dash. (I have a nissian sentra) If I can't figure our a different mount, then im ganna have to return it. ... show more
