I’m assuming that the company changed something with the product. I purchased is the past and have not had such problems. I say change because now on the back they have there logo, but the waterslide seem thinner. It wrinkles horrible when applying, I didn’t have this problem with the paper I’ve purchased, it shows the outline, I never had that problem either. I’ve had to do over 4 tumblers because of these issues. Unfortunately I won’t be buying Hayes again, I’ve always recommend it to others, sorry, very disappointed. I even called Hayes directly, no answer, I’ve emailed customer service and no response. I hope that they fix this issue. The first photo is the new paper, the second one is the old paper. Big difference.😩 ... show more

I love the inkjet waterslide but the laser waterslide is a waste of money. It is a different texture and much more difficult to get on smoothly without curling and creasing. The creasing then causes cracking as seen in photo. It will peel right off after drying, unlike ink jet. Overall it was a waste of my money and time. I was hoping to be able to use without having to spray first but I will go ahead and take the time to spray inkjet. ... show more

It doesn't matter what my settings are on, this comes out smeared and almost melted looking. Tried a different brand and it worked great so I know it's not my printer.

I tried this new paper for the first time in my Laser Jet printer. My laser printer prints the image beautiful BUT yes there is a BUT when I go to apply it to anything no matter how easy I am this waterslide tears very very easily. I have used many of waterslides and this one is by far the worst! I would send back and ask for a refund but honestly I have gone through every page thinking it was something I was doing wrong so I don't have anymore to return for a refund. Both the CLEAR AND WHITE WATERSLIDES have done this so it's just poor poor quality. Beware you were warned by me so take my advice and get another brand. ... show more

I bought this back in January and i'm just now getting around to using it.. Wish i would of been brave enough sooner, this is a game changer! I printed on my laser printer, sealed it.. yes, i sealed it though others said i didn't need to, but i did it anyway. Turned out fine. let it dry for about 6 hours. Then i soaked it, and then slide it right where i needed it to be. Fast and perfect. Christmas tumblers just went to a whole new level this year!!!!!!! ... show more

Not something I would buy again in the future. The product is stiff enough that it jams while making the turn to the fuses in some laser printers. I had this problem with Brother color laser and a Lexmark. The toner adheres to the paper well once the print is accomplished however, it easily scratches off. It was my experience that once the image was transferred to the end product it was very fragile and did not adhere as intended/described. ... show more

I've used a lot of decal paper but this has been the thinnest so far. I wanted to try a new brand because it was less expensive. Bad choice. The decal paper crinkles and rolls back on itself. It was difficult to work with, even being experienced with decals. And though I was very careful with application it still tore. Unfortunately I ordered this in August of 2020 so I'm past the return date with it now being September. Someone else posted recently and said the paper was thick, mine was not. ... show more
