Ordered this trolling motor for our 20 foot pontoon. Received it one day, installed it the next day and on day 3 we took it fishing. I was sitting on the couch relaxing while hubby fished and I was using the remote, 10 minutes of trolling along with the remote it went haywire and started spinning round and round wrapping the cord. We then pulled out the foot control to use it, NOPE, it wouldn’t work either. The company sent us a shipping label that we cannot use here in FL, Had to get amazon involved so they sent us a fedex label. They also wanted to charge a 10% restocking fee. Amazon wouldn’t allow it. They just refunded the full amount. We ended up buying a NEWPORT pontoon trolling motor 86 lb thrust vs their 80 lb thrust for much cheaper, with no bells and whistles, installed it through the floor and it’s working great. ... show more

Shipping was great, trolling motor junk, i got it end of july, took it and boat to local boat mechanic and they had boat for 5 week, guess what it has 30 warranty. Also the display dont work on foot control, amazon said they couldn't help, this company said send video, so i had the shop send video, because my phone cant. And i have a 800 dollar trolling motor that does not work, and lost 3 months of fishing, and have a 280 dollar install bill. So im out 1100 dollars and this company will not send me a foot control.
