First, lets start by saying the Tumbler does what it is supposed to do, for the most part; it keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. When I opened mine it had a tiny chip near the top of the cup. It isn't anything to really be upset about unless you are one of those people who are trying to put some sort of epoxy wrap on it. I'm sure in a few months I will cause a few in it myself, but I still didn't plan on getting a tumbler with dings in it. The one thing about it that is rather frustrating is the rubber seal on the lid rolls up and down when taking it off and putting it back on. It sometimes causes a leak which obviously isn't supposed to happen. It doesn't happen every time, but the few times it happens is very annoying. ... show more

I hate going back and forth to the office breakroom just to get some coffee refills or water. So, I searched for a big enough thermo tumbler that can hold at least 20 oz of coffee or water and keep it consistent for long periods. This thermo tumbler suites my needs perfectly. The packaging was simple, nothing fancy, just simple branding. I was immediately amazed how nice it looks like (I ordered the gray version). The brushed metal finish is very nice to hold and not slippery. The size looks the same as those large drinks from fastfood restaurants. The rubber sealed cover is tight enough so that it won’t immediately spill if it tips over. The drinking hole does not have a cover, so it will still spill, but not terrible. Last morning, I made myself a 20 oz cappuccino, and it was still nice and warm by the time I finished it at noon. After lunch, I refilled it with cold water (no ice), and it was still cold by the time I finished it late afternoon. This tumbler works perfectly for my needs. Overall, this tumbler maintains your drink’s temperature almost consistent for several hours. Easy to hold, and easy to clean. The elegant look is a big plus. Highly recommended. ... show more

The Lid slowly developed a crack over about six months, and now I get added bubbles as I drink from it. I only hand washed it; never in the dishwasher. Other than that it keeps drinks cold or hot pretty well.

I purchased two of these. Initially, I liked them very much. Within two weeks the lids on both had small cracks in the plastic starting at the mouth hole and moving towards the opposite side of the lid. About six weeks later one lid cracked to the point it was unusable. They were never dropped. They were washed by hand. The plastic is a bit thin and is hard. I don't know if other brands of lids will fit these. The cups are well insulated. Coffee stayed hot for hours. Still, I won't buy or recommend these because they're useless once the lids crack far enough to leak when the cup is tilted to drink from. ... show more

I love this tumbler. I took it with me on a cruise and used it for both coffee and for ice water. The coffee stayed hot for a very long time. The ice water was what made me very amazed with this tumbler however. I filled the tumbler with crushed ice and water in the mid-afternoon. I was outside in the sun for several hours. I still had a tumbler full of ice. I finished the water in it after dinner and had the tumbler on the table next to the bed.     • Keeps your drink cold for a long time.
Like - the size is great. Like - I can put ice water in it, go to bed, and in the morning, I still have ice in the cup. Dislike - there is a **slight** metallic taste to your drink. I can only detect it when drinking water; it's not noticeable with anything else.

The top of the cup is wide, and hard for a 62yr old hand to grasp. However, it stood the overnight ice test. The ice only melted slightly. I refuse to pay 30-40 dollars for a YETI. This is a great alternative, just a smaller size is recommended for older or smaller hands to grip.
