These shoes are wonderful. They provide enough room for me to add my arch support inserts and not feel overly tight. They are well cushioned so I am able to walk and stand for long periods of time. They are also really warm and yet breathe well. My feet are always either too cold or too hot, but these shoes actually have done an excellent job of keeping me comfortable. These shoes fit nicely with room for thick socks. They are warm and comfortable. I was worried about the grip on the ice but they seem to have good grip. My feet have not gotten wet from slushy snow. Hope that continues.

Boots are okay. You can't wear thick leggings or pants cuz zipper won't go higher to zip all the way cuz if your pants. It's comfortable and warm though. I sized half up to 7.5 and it has a lot of foot space. I think I should have just stayed at my regular size 7. I am keeping it though. Maybe the zipper can be located inside ankle in middle not outside at an angle. Just a suggestion for next time. No weird smell. It has traction and looks great. ... show more

Today it's 38 degrees and raining, so I decided to test these boots out for my morning walk with my puppy before snow shows up. I have never been more impressed with a boot that says it's insulated and waterproof. I took out the bottom fur insole and put my orthopedic insole. And I'm kind of glad I did. My feet were so warm they started making me hot everywhere else. If those fur insoles were in there, I'm not sure I would have been able to keep them on. And even with putting in a thicker insole the shoe was still very roomy for my ex-wide feet. They are 100% waterproof. I purposely walked through several pretty deep puddles to put them to the real test. My feet stayed dry the whole time. I could see the outer material get darker when they got wet, so I know I went past the rubber sole. They are very comfortable and flexible like those old comfortable sneakers or slippers we all have. No breaking in will be necessary. I highly recommend these for people that have cold feet no matter what they put on like I do. Will buy other colors so I coordinate with my outfits. ... show more

Nice looking, good quality. Soft. But not for wide feet. I ordered an 8. I typically wear 7.5-8 wide shoes. Maybe an 8.5 would be better but they need to make a wide selection too. The sides are tight and toe touches end. Definitely order up a size or 2
