So I’m updating this review because the seller reached out and worked to make things right customer service is on point. The new one is working much better it’s not getting as hot although the seller advises to have breaks during use which I have and it’s justified to let the battery cool. Durable little tool and would recommend for light detailed work it’s just as powerful as a dremel. But the real winner here is the customer service A++ Good tool works well for sanding as usual tool itself isn’t bad good power easy to hold my only real complaint is how hot the battery gets so if you plan on using it for a long time best be careful cause it gets really hot to handle ... show more

It's that tool you always wish you had when you need to get at something tight or tiny. This brand is of decent quality. I have only used it once for a few hours. The battery is still good, and lasted longer than expected. I got it for a project working with Steri_ite totes, and it's perfect for it. I don't know if I'd recommend for anything remotely heavy duty, but I think it will come in super handy in the future. I've procrastinated on buying a rotary tool for years, but constantly wished I had one on specific projects. This one is a great value. It's not perfect. It's not designed for a construction site or mechanic's garage. It's designed for the toolbox under your sink or your hobby room. If you buy one, and the sanding bands slip, there are any number of solutions involving light adhesives. You bought an under $30 Chinese rotary tool set. Temper expectations a bit, people. Again, great value. Super handy. Don't expect to take it to the job site and cut PVC all day. It's worth the money for all those times you wish you had one. I use this tool to help with resin crafts and it works great for that! I could see folks having trouble trying to use it for bigger projects but it is perfect for crafters working on smaller projects. My one complaint is that it is not comfortable to hold after a long period of time. Other than that, I would highly recommend. It comes with lots of bits and extras. I used this rotary tool for one day, happily switching between bits for the work I was doing. I went to change the bit again and the spindle kept spinning. The spindle lock had somehow broken and now the unit is useless. I did not press the lock while the tool was in use and I did not over-tighten when changing the bit. I loved this rotary tool for about 36 hours. ***UPDATE : Seller reached out to me and went out of their way to try to make it right. They sent me a new unit.
