I’m impressed with it at the price point. It is heavier duty than expected with a nice looking sheet metal layer on both sides. Initial installation took roughly 20mins with locating any areas to seal (weatherproof seal was included). Now that it has been installed, it takes less than 2mins to remove it and under 4mins to reinstall it without trying to move quickly. Driving around there is zero vibration and it holds snug. I would give it 5 stars if the locking handles were metal instead of plastic. That is my only concern, but they do hold tight. I was looking at a cover that my dad for for his truck that was $1400. I don’t want to spend that so decided to try this one. Install was easy. Using it is easy. We have had some rain and so far it seems to keep things dry. For the people who said it leaks, well I think most of the truck bed covers can leak? It could be an issue with how you install it, but even my dad said his $1400 one doesn’t keep his truck completely dry if it rains a lot. For the cost of this hardcover, you cannot beat the value! I installed this on my new 2024 AT4X AEV with the multipro tailgate and it works perfectly! Super easy to install and remove when needed. Not having rails allows me to remove the tonneau and use a Flated truck cap as needed. This is a terrific buy and I have owned a lot of tonneau covers priced well over $1, 000. I spent a lot of time going through all the truck bed covers on line and just kept coming be to this one. It not only was a reasonability priced but had good delivery times and as it turned out some of the best customer service relations I've experienced in a long time. Based on the info the dealer told me when I bought the trunk just days earlier, it was to be an 8 foot bed. After ordering the cover and it started shipping, I had to do my own measurements only to find out I had a 6.9 (6' 10") bed. Couldn't stop the order so ordered the correct size and applied for a return of the 8' version which not even been opened. They company right away said they would send the correct size out to replace it and gave shipping info to return the wrong size received. They helped me every step of the way even though it was really my problem. I've said all this first to establish the fact that not only do I love the new cover, it was received in good time, fits very nicely, looks great and was easy to install, but I feel very confident they will handle any issues that may come up as though you were part of the family. October 18, 2024 As a follow up to my original below. The seller did reach out after my review and asked what they could do . I requested a few extra clamps and the promptly sent them. They also offered a partial small refund which I was thankful for. I have used the cover for a few weeks now in both rainy and dry weather driving across Idaho and Oregon over 1000 miles the cover has held up. I marked no noise and kept contents dry for the most part. I am increasing the star rating because the seller did reach out. The canvas to does fit the box. However to get the top clamped down will require a drill. The clamping provided on the fixed bars cannot access the proper places on the bed to fasted without drilling out a rivet on each side of the middle and end bars near the tailgate. Then you have to use one of the intended front clamp claws in place of the rear claw on drivers side rear of bed, while using the intended rear clamp to replace the front. This cover was inexpensive and in this case you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t but it again and you can’t communicate with the seller. Don’t expect this cover to be a simple no tools install on your Chevy or GMC short box. ... show more
