Everywhere I go, people compliment its sleek and sturdy look and ask where I got it. I've been riding this bike for a month now and have already clocked almost 200 miles without any issues. It offers three riding modes—pure electric, pedal-assist, and normal biking—making it super versatile for different situations. Whether I’m commuting through the city or exploring off-road trails, this bike handles it all. The dual shock absorption system makes sure every ride is smooth, even on rough terrain. The customer support at Happy Run is fantastic. They’re attentive, patient, and always ready to help with any questions. They walked me through the setup and were quick to respond to any queries. It arrived on time as scheduled and the assembly was fairly straightforward. However, the back tire popped off the rim when I inflated it before it got to 20psi. I had to deflate it, work it back onto the rim and inflate it again to no more than 20psi. It seemed fine until I rode it for a test lap around a parking lot, but then saw it was bulging out by the rim again. Not sure the cause, but I reached out to the seller, so I'm hoping they'll help me resolve it. I'm excited to go on a real ride and I'll update my review once I get to do that. Hoping it'll be a 5 star after they respond. Update 9/17... I've been in contact with the manufacturer/seller for a solid month now trying to get the tire replaced. Took it to a bike shop and the tire was defective and the manufacturer agreed to send me a new tire and inner tube, great! Well I've been following up to get a tracking number or any indication it's been shipped. The last thing I heard from them was 2 weeks ago, asking me to give them 3 days to ship it and reach out again to get the tracking. Every 3 days since then I've reached out to follow up and they haven't responded. I shouldn't have to buy a replacement tire for the defective one but I might need to at this point so I can finally ride it for more than a lap around the block. I'm disappointed to say the least. Downgraded to 1 Star until I can actually ride the thing and give a proper review. Update 11/2024. Got the tire and tube from the company a while back. Shipping was a little slow, so if you have this issue be patient. Took it to a shop for repair because it was the back wheel and seemed very complicated. They changed it for $20 so that was well worth not doing it myself. Since then I've been riding it with nothing but joy. My BF even said I'm so happy I look like a kid on Christmas every time I'm on it. It's a lot of fun and I get around so quickly on it. Looking for ways to raise the seat to fit me a little better and a few other minor customizations, but otherwise I love it. Definitely recommend it. ... show more

False advertising. Horrible customer service. DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR MESSAGES. They say this bike has more power than it does. They say it goes 30+mph and it barely goes over 20mph. They say it goes 50-75 miles on a single charge. Thats BS. Battery starts to die after only 4 miles or so if you actually use the power. And you have to use high power because any other power mode is slower than having no power at all. Then they say "warranty on all parts". They did answer my emails at first. Then when i told them i needed a new rear shock due to the first one being extremely loud and squeaky. And they said they were sending it. 2 months later never got it. Then they stopped answering my emails at all. I have been sending them emails now for almost 6 months and no answer. Its like theyre trying to wait until the warranty is void. Theyre a big scam company apparently. No customer service at all. Just know youre on youre own and will have to figure everything out on your own. Because they dont even answer emails. Let alone honor their supposed "warranty". Easy to offer a warranty if you dont answer emails and have no phone number... I held out writing a bad review because i was hoping they were going to get back to me. I tried contacting them through amazon, through their own emails, and even in facebook groups ran by happyrun. Just another poor quality bike, crappy company, horrible customer service [or none at all], and false advertising. Almost everything they say about the bike is false. Doesnt go as far or as fast as they say. Also the warranty apparently doesnt mean anything because they dont reply when you actually have a problem. They will respond until you actually have an issue and need a part. They told me they were sending it. Then never did. 6 months later. And they stopped answering my emails as well.
