Good product, but I would only improve the lid, which is completely movable, so the cooler is not airtight and it moves a lot. The connections are very fragile, it broke when connecting it, our fault. I recommend buy another connection set.

This model is not insulated on the bottom and is a major miss. We constantly have to change towels below the bin. The lid has to be forced closed and opens very hard due to a bad corner weld on this unit. The ice well itself comes with a sticky plastic that is very hard to take off. I’m sure it’s there to ensure it doesn’t get scratched, but there’s no instructions for removing it. The instructions that do come for it do not match the extra components provided for the drain connection and the drain connection does not fit.
