I finally had the opportunity to install the unit this week. It works very well. My only complaint is that I needed to wait for delivery to design the mounting, as there was really no dimensional details in the product description. The only instructions in the box were the unpacking instructions, which required magnification to see what to grab (hint: grab the side where the cable reel is, with the motor side down).
