So, as some others have commented, the images lead you to believe that some of the colors are a heathered material/color. They aren’t. That aside, the color is not off putting and the fabric is soft. It’s not a heavy fabric and is breathable. Has some stretch. The v-neck is well sewn and the sleeves are not tight (fat arm friendly). The length is nice and ends just below hips or mid butt area. UPDATE - 2 months after my original review I'm back to remove a star. After a handful of washings the fabric looks worn out. It has become pilled and the texture is no longer soft or smooth. I still wear this shirt so I guess that's something, but only around the house which is a shame because it started out so darn cute. Boooooo. Great, lightweight and cute shirt with a smidge of stretch. Sized as expected (I got the 5x and typically wear a 3x or 24/26 in retail sizes). I particularly like the length of the sleeves - a bit longer than a normal short-sleeved shirt, but not past the elbow. I also like the overall length. I'm 5'9" and the shirt comes just below mid-hip - not crazy long like so many shirts in my size, but long enough to cover some lumps and bumps. The only thing I didn't love is that white thread was used around the hem, so there is a double-stitched line around the entire bottom of the shirt that is not shown in the pictures. Not enough to make me not love the shirt, but the photos really should be a proper representation of the item. Besides, navy thread would have just plain looked better. ... show more

This shirt is way cuter than I expected it to be. I sized up hoping it would be longer to cover my bum without being too big in other areas and it's perfect for what I was wanting. Sometimes when you size up in plus size "tunics" to get length they end up being frumpy since the shoulders and arms look sloppy. This one is good. The band at the bottom of this one makes it look cute without being restrictive and since the shoulders are raglan-type, they don't look weird. I wouldn't size up if you don't want it to go all the way over your bum. The sizing is spot on. Order your regular size if you want to wear it with jeans. I think it would still be long enough to cover the tummy area. The fabric is a bit thicker than I was expecting and is super soft, which was a nice surprise. ... show more

I don't have a good history with clothes from China via Amazon. They are often either not constructed well, horrible fabric or the sizing is way off. So I usually will try one option at the largest size they offer - to fit across my large tracks of land and simply send back if it's awful. These actually fit as the sizing says. I ordered thee 5X (largest they offer) and it makes a fantastic night shirt and/or swimsuit cover. For reference I normally wear XL. I'm re-ordering now in smaller sizes and different styles to see where I land with getting the oversize I like but not down to my knees. Construction has held up to several washings now, and the fabric is not pilling or unravelling. It's actually quite nice and drapes well. Fairly certain this is my first fully positive review for clothes from China here. ... show more
