I ordered this dress in several different colors for my son’s wedding. The dress is very cute and remarkably flattering on my fuller figure. I did find that different colors had slightly different fits. The gray one had thicker fabric and the top was not very blousy as in the picture. It was more fitted like I’d read in some other reviews. I’m 5’6”, 200 lbs and a 38DDD. The dark red (maroon) one fit slightly looser and the top bloused a little nicer. Both were cute though - waiting for some of the other colors to decide which one to wear! One nice thing about this dress is that it’s oh can pull he waistband up to blouse out the top a bit more and that makes the hem almost customizable. I’m not so tall, so I pulled up the waistband and it worked perfectly without alterations. I might even keep more than one color in this one depending on how they fit up top! When the dress arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It felt comfortable & elegant (for a black tie optional wedding/guest). It's a very simple dress and the slit helped it feel more flattering & dressy. The material is nice (not too thin) but I sure needed to wear a one piece undergarment to keep things smooth. The one bigger criticism I have is I do not care for the long belt it comes with. I used my own belt that has a little bling in the front. I think it dressed it up more. (I added a photo to try to get a close up of the belt I used). I was comfortable the whole evening, never any pulling or riding up or anything. Plenty of dancing, walking, sitting, standing- and never worried about the dress at all, I was totally comfortable. I got a size Large- I am 5'2 & 158 pounds. ... show more

If they had a larger size I would have kept the dress. I like the fabric and I think overall they sold as advertised, just didn't flatter me at all.

The dress was beautiful and it fit just not my bust. There wasn't enough material for it is sit correctly with a somewhat loose fit unfortunately. I had to return. Wish they would make one size bigger or atleast at more material to the bust area.

I loved this dress! It's a gorgeous dress up or down dress. The material was beautiful. Kind of a crepe material with polyester and no stretch. There was nothing wrong with the dress as it looks in the picture. For me, the fit was too small. I ordered the XL, which should have fit with some extra room. I am slim, more curvy, and I like my dresses with some flow. I usually wear a L or XL depending on the dress. The top was not as full nor the bat wing sleeve as long or full as the picture showed. The skirt was fitted. It did not flow on me as the picture showed. There is no XXL which would have been perfect. ... show more
