  • Amazing product
Color: Teal Stars Size: Medium
My son started to break out of his halo swaddle and was getting too small for him. So I decided to try something a little different. This swaddle has made it easier to put down and longer naps, haven’t tried it to bed yet, just got it today but I’d say it’s worth the money. I like how breathable the fabric is bc my son gets hot easily. Very soft and comfortable for him. Overall I love it so far and how easy it is to put on him. ... show more

  • Easy to use and keeps baby cool
My baby is 10 weeks old and I’ve always traditionally swaddled her with a blanket. At 7 weeks she started to become really aware and the traditional swaddle would wake her up and she would break out of it too easy. One other thing is that she gets super hot and sweaty while she sleeps. I tried the Halo swaddle and it’s good for cold weather but I’ve never loved the huge Velcro flap because it can ride up and baby can still wiggle out if it. This brand is 10/10. It keeps baby snug but not too hot. The Velcro isn’t super loud and to get her in is quick and easy. I’m about to order my second one for summer time ... show more

  • Best swaddle ever for multiple reasons...
Color: Rose Stars Size: Large
First off, i was stunned at how quality this product was for the price. If they sold something like this at Target it would be $50 easy. With that...my four month old daughter is a wiggle worm who loves to fight her way out of swaddles. However, she will not fall asleep unless her arms are snugged to her sides...this swaddle was a life saver. The fabric is firm enough she can't bust out yet stretchy enough to provide comfort. The extra diaper swaddle at the bottom really makes her feel secure and keeps her asleep too. The velcro is soft and strong. As a parent the mesh is great so I don't worry about her getting too hot and the zipper sack holds her snug and gives me piece of mind the arm wraps won't slip over her face if she were to wiggle out! It's also nice it has snaps for arm holes as she gets bigger and more capable of rolling over. Overall it's an all in one...the ultimate swaddle!!! ... show more

  • Best Swaddle Ever
As a first time mom, trying to swaddle with a blanket was an absolute nightmare, my husband and I just couldn't figure it out and baby kept wiggling out of the blanket. We bought several different types of swaddle sacks, but the sleepea is hands down the best swaddle we have tried. I am going to put the review I wish I found when looking for a swaddle: 1. Material: Very light weight and soft. We live in Florida and baby boy was born right in the middle of summer, so we were also worried about him being too hot, but the mesh venting helps keep him cool and makes us feel so at ease. We have not had any skin irritation issues with this swaddle at all. 2. Velcro: the Velcro portion that swaddles the baby is amazing and such a genius concept. It makes it ease to get baby in the swaddle snug and at a comfort level that they like. The Velcro is also very quiet compared to other types of Velcro. It does still make noise, so don't be fold thinking it's noiseless. 3. Fit: The other swaddle sacks have so much fabric and bunched up near his face, which made me so nervous. The Sleepea is designed so well that it does not bunch up near the babies face and fits them very well. I noticed on other swaddles the zippers hit under their chin or rub against their neck, but there is a little zipper garage (lol not sure what it called) that covers the zipper, so it doesn't touch their face. 4. Usability: It really lives up to the name "5-second swaddle", it is that quick and east to get your baby into the swaddle. Our baby does occasionally get his arm out of the swaddle (he is a little Houdini), but the design keeps his hand in the sack still, but we do at times find his fingers poking out of the top (he is 3 months old, so he wants his fingers in his mouth constantly). But, it's not that much of an issue, and it doesn't seem to bother him. I also love that we can continue using the swaddle with his arms out when he starts rolling as there are little plastic buttons on the sides, so you can put their arms through. Overall, our baby boy absolutely loves it. We made the mistake of only buying 1 in the beginning and ended up buying 3 newborn sizes and 3 of the next size up. Our baby is now 3 months and uses this swaddle for every nap and at night. He loves it so much that when he is swaddled, he instantly calms down and falls asleep in a matter of minutes. If you are a first time parent (or even if you aren't) I cannot recommend this swaddle enough. ... show more

  • Good but small
Color: Sky Blue Stars Size: Large
Like others have stated the product is small. I got a large and my baby is less than 14 pounds and the large is tight and he won’t be able to wear it too long. The length is ok but wish it was slightly longer. I don’t like how it is very narrow at the waist. It keeps baby secure but seems almost too narrow once zipped. Also, I hadn’t realized that there was an internal seat strap that velcros to the internal straps that wrap around the baby’s arms. I am very confused why the seat strap was designed extremely short. I have to Velcro at the bottom edge of the arm wrap. There really isn’t any stretch so he won’t be able to use it long. May have to cut that part off when he outgrows it soon but it does seem to help deter baby from getting his arms out. However, baby still manages to free an arm from time to time. I wish there was some weight and tightness on the legs because baby still kicks around. Overall, pretty good, but has some design flaws. Update: Baby was sleeping in this swaddle every night. Washed only a handful of times. Tried to wash and dry right side out because others mentioned Velcro wearing out. Unfortunately, that’s not possible. The swaddle has to be dried inside out as well as right side out because the straps don’t dry otherwise. Too wet to hang dry. Takes a long time to dry. After a few months of use, baby now frees his hands all the time because Velro is not as secure and he is stronger at 5 mo. Tried the hands out option but don’t love it. Baby needs gloves and his arms will get cold and moves too much. Switching to swaddle with enclosed arms up seems to be working better now. FYI: Baby does not roll over yet. ... show more
