This motor never worked. It came without instructions to fill with oil prior to running. We researched first online to discover this-thankfully. While we had much back and forth correspondence with the company, they couldn't solve the issue of the propeller not turning. Stay away from this hangkai 3.5 outboard. The handle broke then the rope broke then the motor mount broke and the complete time water was leaking into the lower unit all within a month. I tried to return it (and the seller Donsu) requested photos. Which I considered appropriate and provided. They determined from the photos it had been misused and declined to refund. I am a mechanic and can make any motor run but I cant make faulty material stay together. Amazon however stepped up and took care of business. God Bless the U. S. A. After extensive negotiations Donsu agreed to resolve the matter in a acceptable manner. Thank you ... show more
