The paper cost is same as in store. Was looking for convenience and apparently there was no printer paper in the entire state of Texas. Five stars is for the paper not the service.

The paper itself was fine but the way it was packaged was not. The Printer Paper size 11x17 arrived in a large box that was not damaged on the outside, BUT on the INSIDE.....DAMAGED sleeve that was wrapped around the paper direct from the manufacturer. It was in a very large box without any padding to stop it from moving all over. Therefore it Bent the corners of the pages for the first quarter of the ream on BOTH sides of the ream. But I was able to use most of it anyway. Seller should select different packaging so it would arrive in good condition. Since the product itself is fine. I will NOT be ordering this again due to the way it was handled. ... show more
