I have a Canon G5020 Megatank that I print with. This paper is a good quality, but the finish on this particular brand doesn't seem to go well with my printer. The ink takes longer to dry than it would on photo paper or even glossy vinyl, so it's easy to smudge in the first few minutes. It's also very weird with my black ink--for just the black, the print is kind of splotchy and grey, rather than black, like it's having a hard time absorbing. The G5020 printer uses bottles of ink rather than cartridges, so maybe that's the issue, but I don't have this problem on any other papers that I use, so I found it worth noting. ... show more

I have found my dream cardstock for hot foiling! I have tried everything that others are suggesting and while some are pretty good, they can't hold a candle to Hamilco. It foils absolutely perfectly and FINALLY one that will die cut cleanly. Although Yupo (Tim Holtz brand) foiled well, I can't get it to die cut nicely as it is so thick and has such a thick coating. I was so thrilled when I tried the Hamilco after reading a Yupo review where someone mentioned this as an alternative. Oh finally. Thank you Hamilco. I will be buying this for all my foiling needs. I recommend this. Product is EXACTLY as described in terms of thickness, gloss, etc., and makes for great cardstock, all at around 25 cents per sheet? Yessssss
