  • Pleat style mask with earloops and 4 layers offering 98% filtration.
  • Product uses top performing materials which provide resistance to splashes and sprays And immobilizes particles as small as 0.5 m using electrostatic charge and by trapping them in the weaves of the fibers.

THE GOOD: This is my favorite disposable mask. I wear them every day in the hospital. They're very comfortable and protect well. That said.... THE BAD: (1) TWICE I bought the 10-box set and received only ONE box. Once might be a mistake, but twice shows there's a problem. (2) FOUR TIMES I've had the box of masks get damaged in shipping. The box isn't sealed, it's just a cardboard box with tabs tucked in, so it won't withstand shipping in a bag. It is usually fine if it's shipped in a box. But I've gotten it in a bag multiple times - and it comes CRUSHED with all the masks spilling out! How unsanitary! ... show more

I cannot wear an N95 mask because of sinus issues. Halyard Fluidshield are a great alternative. They are a level 3 medical grade, worn like all the other disposable paper masks you see. The difference is that these have a small strip of foam along the inside top part of the mask that helps keeps moist air from fogging glasses, and also helps keep others' air from penetrating your mask. They fold all the way under the chin. The metal nose pieces are moldable but firm, meaning that, after you manipulate them into the perfect fit for your face, they stay that way. They feel very secure all around my face but without pressing or feeling uncomfortable. And the inside fibers don't come off to tickle my skin, a problem I had with a different brand. Our workplace began offering them to employees as their preferred mask, but since they are limited supply, I ordered a case of my own. Super fast ship! They are a little pricey, but I imagine they would not have been this expensive pre-pandemic. To me it's worth the extra 12 cents per mask for the extra security (and I love that they are pale orange rather than the 'hospital-looking' blue, white or yellow. ... show more

This is our office favorite for procedures where an N95 mask is not indicated. Comfortable. Good seal. A trusted brand name. There is no reason to buy cheap generic masks in a medical setting when good ASTM 3 masks are available at a reasonable price.

These are the only masks I have tried that I can wear 6 hours straight when at work. They are not too tight on the ears, they do not make you feel hot, they are comfortable and I have tried 4 different ones.

For those who have worn the Halyard 47107 and realized that it's one of the best disposable masks available, you've probably seen a lot of disappointment here on Amazon with outrageous prices and/or misleading product descriptions. These are for real, and although they're about $20/case more than the best price I've found for this mask, these actually arrived (...and early! Thanks OZ) while those others refused to sell to individuals. I'm very happy, as are my grandkids who finally have masks they can wear all day. ... show more

These masks are good and breathable. However the masks are way less than 40pcs per box! Each box only has about 35~38 pcs. About 10% less than what I paid for! Halyard should improve its quality check.
