The media could not be loaded. It changes to three different colors and a variety of temperatures within those colors so it looks like it may have six different settings. Night light mode, adjusting the height was very easy. Simply heavier, electrician push up on the cord to feed it through the ceiling. It stays put. Arrow electrician decided to crawl through the attic space to reinforce the chandelier to be on the safe side. It was such a nice chandelier that our electrician decided to feature it on their company page. The remote was wonderful and everything was spelled correctly I am so happy with the chandelier that we are going to get matching pendant lights for the kitchen island. We received this chandelier 3 days after ordering. It was well packaged, and while the instructions for installation were very basic, anyone with experience installing a light fixture should be able to complete the project. The fixture is moderately heavy and should be well anchored. Once installed, we found that deciding whether to design the hanging lights in a circular pattern or randomize them was the first hurdle. We decided on a random pattern. Adjusting the length of each light was super easy, but because there were 37 of them, it took hours to get it “just right”. That was the second hurdle. The last decision is what color temperature to use. It allows for a warm to cool color palette, easily adjusted using the included remote control. We love this fixture! It is very reasonably priced when compared to other larger foyer chandeliers, looks great in the space and provides more than enough light. The remote control has on/off( the “on” is misspelled as “no”), fader control, color temp control, night light and timer functions. ... show more

All well with this product, no major complaints. I really wanted the 20 count but glad I didn’t because I would had have to reinforce my ceiling to support it. The 12 count is heavy. The adjustment wasn’t what I thought it would have been. It came preconfigured with a few inches adjustment. I really thought they all were the longest length where I can then make the circle design from the lowest point instead of the highest. Was hoping to have a long drop before the design. Beautiful chandelier but no remote to adjust the light and no information how to do it either so very bright light. Wish mine came with remote and amazon support was no help in it either and they couldn’t find a phone number to contact the seller directly .
