Takes some practicing to get the hang of it. But after the first time putting a couple on my daughter it was a lot easier the second time. It’s just tricky trying to get the tinsel and hair through the ring an holding it there long enough to crimp the ring. Once I did my other daughter I was able to do it alot faster. They have been in my first daughters hair going on 3 weeks now. An my youngest daughters hair for a week. It’s definitely better looking an easier to work with if you do quite a few pieces of tinsel per each ring. We also tried doing the easier method of just tying the finale to a piece of hair. That was alot easier but only lasted a couple days. For that it’s easiest to do along their part (on top) an to do one piece of tinsel with a couple strands of hair.
