I was excited to try it out after reading all the good reviews. Setting up was simple and painless. There's a QR code for the app and the app didn't require signup and there was no friction when setting it up. After connecting to the device, I was good to go and was able to see the video feed. However, the video was very laggy. The video felt very choppy making it hard to see what was actually going on. Additionally, the tweezer itself also didn't work too well. It failed to grip hair easily and even if it did, it would slip out all the time. Also, the tweezer constantly would slip and misalign losing all grip. Pretty cool tweezers. Takes practice using them. It magnifies those chin hairs. A little too well though, I didn't know I was starting a beard lol! You can see all kinds of awful things you didn't know you had!

The ideal is a good one but the tweezers are poor quality and very hard to grip hair for plucking, had it for just 4 months the the tweezers will not grip the stray hairs now. The tweezer is poor quality at best, had another standard tweezer for 20 plus years but this one only lasted months. I think it has a warranty but do not know where to find it. Wish I could get it replaced but Amazon only allows 30 days which have past. ... show more
