I've already done the research for you - over a week's worth! This is my first smart watch and it's amazing. Downloading the VeryFit app and pairing the watch to my phone as very easy. It walks you through every step. Be sure to have a full charge prior to your first use. My watch was surprisingly already on 100%. The charger is magnetic which is cool, but keep the watch on a flat surface to ensure the charger doesn't get knocked off. You are able to turn on/off notifications from a few different apps such as Facebook, SMS texts, email accounts (I have Gmail). I wish you could also add additional apps which I use for communication (Kik). Hopefully the company will be able to integrate soon. There are many watch faces to choose from and some are free, but a lot more for purchase (inexpensive - we're taking cents). You can also create your own by uploading a photo from your phone. My favorite feature is the heart rate monitoring alert. If your heart rate is too high the watch will alert you. The stress monitoring has the same alert system. In addition, this watch has Alexa built into it. This is helpful for me because I'm always asking Alexa stuff at home. Now I'll have her on the go. Another neat feature is if the watch gets wet there's a button to remove the water then you shake the watch to get any remaining water out of it. Do NOT go swimming or diving with the watch! It's only waterproofed enough for showers, hand washing and getting caught in light rain. The watch band is extremely comfortable and soft. However, keep in mind is silicone will make you sweat so be sure to wipe your wrist to prevent any reactions. You can also wipe the back of the watch with an alcohol wipe/swab to keep it clean. You can make/receive calls on the watch. I tested this out with my son. I called him from my basement to the 3rd floor. The call was crystal clear! I was very shocked that the call quality was the good. This watch only receives text messages to view. You CANNOT respond! I knew this prior to purchasing so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. The battery life is great! Right now I'm running through almost half of it but that's because I'm constantly playing on it. I also have the health monitors set up to continuously obtain data. So, that can easily eat up some battery life. I mainly wanted a smart watch to know if my sons texted me while my phone wasn't on my person. I didn't want to miss any calls or texts from them. I feel I made the right purchase for my needs. The customer service has been exceptional. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend!! ... show more

I absolutely love my watch IDW13! It’s a replacement for my 1st generation Apple Watch that had a swollen battery. Which is very dangerous! I could not afford to buy Apple again! This watch was the perfect choice! It’s affordable, tracking my steps, exercise routine, texting notifications, timer and alarms. It’s everything I needed. I've had my IDW13 smartwatch for five days and I'm familiar with most of the features. I like the large screen, which is very easy to read and very colorful. It's easy to navigate the different screens, and the band is very comfortable. The only problem I have is with Alexa. No matter what I've done, Alexa works maybe 1% of the time. At this point, I am pleased with the watch, but I guess I will forget about the Alexa feature. My wife has this same watch, and I'm glad that her Alexa works. ... show more

I’ve had this watch for only 14 months and now it’s dead and won’t charge. I reached out to seller and they have been amazing at offering instructions to get the watch functioning again. I got this watch a few days ago to replace one that I had. The GPS functionality is what sold me on this as the previous one did not have that capability and just did not seem to be registering things correctly.
