This workout mat is great! We have stained concrete floors that aren't at all forgiving when we try to work out. I got this larger mat, because I feel like the traditional sized ones are too small for me. It comes in a carrying case and has 3 Velcro bands that help keep it rolled up. It is pretty cushiony and is large enough for 2 people to use at the same time... And as you can see in the pics, the cat likes it as well. I needed a large mat at a decent price to lay over my concrete floors for workouts. I found this at about 15% less than the cost of any other mats that were typically not even as big as this one. Very happy so far, as it provides great cusion when jumping, and makes getting on the floor for excersise a breeze. No more worrying about staying within a tiny yoga mat when getting down. Great purchase. The gloves are a good bonus as well. I dont lift often, but they certainly help with comfort when I do lift. ... show more

We unpacked and placed our new gym mat in our basement gym immediately. It provides a good space for floor exercises such as push-ups, planks, etc. It's extremely durable and I have found that I do have to put my yoga mat down for comfort because this mat was built for throwing weights around. I would recommend this product for durability and working out. You won't get the comfort from a nice cushioned yoga mat though. 5 stars. ... show more

After using this for a few weeks the mat started to almost disintegrate, little rubber pieces are everywhere! Not what I expected at all for the price. Very disappointed and can't find information to contact seller since it has a life time warranty. Would not recommend, go with a different brand

We bought this to do cardio workouts in our home gym, primarily to protect the beautiful hardwood floors. It works great! - The mat does not slip once laid out on the hardwood floors - It is easy to roll over to clean and shine the floors (but it is heavy!!) - It is very durable. The second pictures shows all the scuffs from the weights and shoes. It definitely protects our floors and holds up to abuse. You can use a damp rag to clean then. - It provides fantastic traction when wearing work out shoes for exercise like mountain-climbers Of note, we wish we got a bigger size. This mat is tight for two people to workout at the same time. If you are tall (I am 6'00"), you will barely fit in width-wise when doing some exercises. The perfect non slip workout mat! I have hard wood floors and my inferior workout mat would always slip and slide. It was difficult training on it. Decide to get this non slip mat and works FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this mat for your home gym!

The mat was shipped in it original storage bag and with UPS dragging the roll around, it caused a great rip to it upon delivery. Surprisingly, the mat was perfectly fine! I didn’t want to go through the hassle of having to order replacement and returning the entire thing so I contacted the seller GXMMAT through here to see if they can just send me a replacement bag. I received a response within a day and Zoe worked with me to correct the issue. Great service experience and their willingness to work together to resolve the issue. So far the mat is working out good. It’s thick and is durable since it survived all that delivery dragging and didn’t get any damage to that area. My son uses it for his remote martial art classes that has lots of warm up exercises. He doesn’t slip and the mat stays put on top of my rug. When I use it for my cardio workout, there is enough cushion so that my sit-ups doesn’t hurt but it’s hard enough to jump around without losing balance. The only issue now is, maybe I should’ve gotten a bigger size. Update: after using it without gloves and sneakers, I find myself sliding when doing certain workouts like in and outs, walking planks or plank jacks due to having moist hands and feet. ... show more

It’s a solid mat that works well on my wood floors. I can run and hop on it without the fear of slipping and it doesn’t shred like a yoga mat did when I do cardio. I did p90 and turbo fire on it without slipping or ripping it. It also add a little cushion and muffles to sound. It came in a nice portable nylon bag if you plan to roll it up after.
