These mats are an awesome addition to any home gym, and they have quickly become one of my favorite pieces of equipment. Not only are these mats extra large, which means that they provide plenty of space for me to move around and do my exercises, but they are also incredibly durable and easy to clean. I can sweat all over them during my workouts and then simply wipe them down with a damp cloth when I'm done. Plus, they don't have that nasty rubber smell that some other exercise mats have, which is a huge plus. But perhaps the best thing about these mats is how they enhance the overall look and feel of my home gym. Replaced the locking square tiles with this mat. Feels so much better, solid and dense. If you want a mat for yoga get their yoga mat, not this one. It measures 12'x6'x1/4". Had it over a month and seems really durable.
