This will be my second time purchasing these pants. My first pair I ripped a large hole in the butt on a clip on the railing of a boat. I do like the waterproofness. Keeps my dry. But I wish the seams were taped around the pocket on the leg. Water seeps in on those seams and gets my right lower leg wet, then water leaks into my right boot and I have one soggy foot. Recently my second pair all of a sudden deteriorated. The outer coating started to peel and was completely not waterproof anymore. Not sure if some chemical got on them that I wasnt aware off. Pants are amazing, allowing easy movement and 100% waterproofness. Can't say enough good things about it. I'm 6'3", 200lbs, and the L is good - it runs a bit short, but that basically the story of being tall and lean and buying pants. With 15" xtratufs, the shorter legs shouldn't be an issue.

These pants seem good and are very rainproof but the snap at the waist is weak and wimpy. By the second day of use it was coming undone by itself. Also the size runs big. I wear 30” waist pants and had to get a small in the Grundens and they are still plenty big over my jeans
