I chewed Grizzly for nearly 10 years. Today I am celebrating one week free from chewing tobacco because of Grinds coffee pouches. I would not have been able to stay nicotine-free without it. I pop two pouches in my lip while driving to work, on lunch break, driving home, after eating, when ever I'm bored, or get a craving. If you can withstand withdrawal symptoms the first 3 days, the rest of the the time is a piece of cake. Im so proud of myself for starting this journey to a healthier life and reducing my risk for mouth cancer. The only downside of this product is that it leaves a little bit if coffee stain on your teeth. This can be fixed by brushing your teeth. A small price to pay. The flavor isn't Starbucks, but at least I won't get mouth cancer. Plus your breath smells better than stinky chew breath. I prefer Grinds over other fake chews like BacOff or Smokey Mountain.     • Saved my boyfriend
My boyfriend was struggling with giving up his regular chews. He always told me that it wasn't the tobacco, it was the habit of having something in his lip that got him. He quit smoking and vaping and didn't have an issue with stopping. So I believed him. But when he found these, I was skeptical. I didn't think coffee was going to help. But they work. He carries them with him all the time, and hasn't chewed in months. He smells like coffee, which I will take over the smell of chew any day. He puts one in when he stresses at work, and it lasts for hours. It doesn't overload him with caffeine, and he doesn't feel left out when we go out and his friends start smoking and chewing. He swears by them, and they've become extremely popular on base (that's the only place we can currently find them in person). As with anything, there are health concerns involved: His dentist asked him to stop for a week to see if the irritation in his gums went away. It did, and he related it to the pouches. I’ve been dipping Copenhagen long cut for 15 years and all throughout my military service. I really enjoy these, particularly this flavor of black coffee. It’s all I use now and I don’t really feel like I’ve had to quit doing something that I enjoy.

By far my favorite flavor why cause its coffee! I'm a huge coffee lover and I don't have a dipping tobacco problem I got this for the oral fixation of the love of black coffee and keep my mouth full of the flavor while I’m outside and can't have any. I also like Irish Cream as its similar not as bold ..Cherry flavored has to be mixed with black coffee. I found cherry by itself after 20mins to wear off and have a medicine taste..just what I taste so it's good to mix that one..over all I'm a repeat buyer due to the love of coffee!!! ... show more

UPDATE to my prior review. I just celebrated 2 years tobacco free and credit this product for being a great help getting me here. I still enjoy them after 2 years of use but have also broken the habit of constantly needing something in my mouth. After 40 years of dipping I finally decided to quit. After trying many other alternatives, this has been the best I've found. Having always used natural tobacco, the sweet and minty alternatives were a real turn off. I found one other brand that I really enjoyed the flavor of that did not stain my teeth but it was only available with nicotine. ... show more
