I am very impressed with these scrub pants. The material is thin, which I like because I tend to get hot in scrubs, it's very soft, doesn't wrinkle easily, and is extremely comfortable to wear. The waistband has a drawstring, and is very flexible, not at all stiff and binding. The leg openings are slightly wider at the bottom and are very flattering. I'm 5'2", 175lbs, and wear a Petite XL pant. The length is a little long for me, but I wear Dansco's and it looks just fine. I'm surprised these fit so well, as Grey's Anatomy scrubs have always been on the slim side and not for people with curves. But these are by far the most comfortable scrub pants I have found. These are absolutely perfect! I personally hate high water pants so I bought these in XS tall, indigo: these pants tend to run too short. I’m 5’5” about 125 lbs, if that helps. I normally wear an XS regular length in other brands. The color is essentially navy blue, which I have to wear at work so it works great. I roll down the top so it’s more comfortable. The material is soft, they actually stay up even with crouching or bending or moving around. It has two regular pockets in the front and one smaller one that is the perfect size for a granola bar! I love them. I definitely prefer the Active scrub pants to the regular ones. The fit is so comfortable and the look is so cute I wear these as regular pants sometimes :) I highly recommend!! ... show more

Overall I think this is a fantastic brand of scrubs. Comfortable, cute colors, handy extra pockets to keep pens and such in. However, I have found the sizing to be kind of weird on these pants. The first set I bought were medium, and those fit great at first (I typically wear a large for pants), snug in all the right places and very flattering. After a while the mediums became, ahem, slightly snug so I bought a few new pairs in large. The larges are quite baggy on me despite being the same brand and same specific style from this brand.     • Can't wear anything else! Life changing scrub pants!

My favorite scrub pants ever! If you are like me and you work so much that your daily attire rarely gets to exceed scrubs and pajamas, you don't cut corners when it comes to comfort and you try to find ways to still feel like a woman in such shapeless fitting uniforms where yo can. I'm 5'2" 105lbs and 24years old. Being such a small frame even xs petite sized scrub pants usually are still just too long and big in the butt area making it look just like when a baby has a saggy diaper. So embarrassing. I usually have to have the length altered and the drawstrings never hold my pants up so I am constantly adjusting and pulling the drawstring tighter throughout the day to avoid showing everyone my underwear. But these are a little more fitted than regular scrub pants. They actually fit more like real pants! The length is perfect for my short legs and the thick elastic band makes my pants stay up all day.     • Don’t Buy If You Have Big Thighs

My honest opinion as a 5’4 female (large petite pants size) These pants are either to big or two small. I normally wear a medium or large depending on the fabric of my pants and what company makes them, I decided to order a large because I knew that scrubs don’t stretch but when they arrived I noticed that they were extremely tight on my thighs. I had previously read the reviews of a woman saying that if you have big thighs then you should size up, I took my chances and still bought a large. It was VERY constricting so I sent them back. I then reordered an XL and when they came in I noticed that they were to big. Upon putting them on they did NOT fit! Even with tugging them up to my hips to get them to at least look flattering, they didn’t. I kept the pants and wore them for a couple of days to my phlebotomy classes but every time seconds the pants would slid down and rest loosely on my hips, making the pants look extremely big on me even with my tying the strings to get them to stay and fit properly. I suggest nobody get these pants and instead go to Walmart and get you a pair of $17.99 scrubs that will fit and look amazing! I got mine and they have soooooo many zip up pockets and make me look and feel extremely good about myself plus it’s not as confusing as this one that makes you pick “petite” “tall” or just “large” I can honestly say that I spent an hour trying to figure out which one to buy, a large “petite” “tall” or just get a large. It was extremely confusing for absolutely no reason. But I’m the end I ended up getting a petite size because I am 5’4 and google said that was petite. ... show more

I love how soft these pants are. I do not like when pants feel like stiff fabric. These are soft. I wouldn’t say stretchy but soft and comfortable. However, I usually get XL for a baggy fit but these fit the way a large normally fits me. So if you’re large, I think it might work. I find most of these pants are baggier in xl so maybe get a size up depending on the fit you’re hoping for. But definitely very good quality and fits great on a curvy body.
