  • This is Eleanor!!
The media could not be loaded. Birthday gift for a good friend that collects mustang models. The attention to detail goes above & beyond. And the value is great this beauty. Now I would like one for me. Lol. Very, very well made. He loved it.

  • Greenlight vs Shelby Collectibles
I have both the Greenlight (GL) and Shelby Collectible (SC) version of this car in 1:18 scale. They both run about the same price $50 - $55. They appear to be made by the exact same manufacturer in China as the body, engine, chassis, and interior are exactly the same, except for some subtle but, to me, key differences listed below, with some explanation to follow. Difference #1: body color The SC is a slightly cooler color of gray while the GL is a bit more metallic gray. Both look good but the GL seems more color correct. Difference #2: wheel color The SC wheels, including the spinner, are all the same flat silver color. The GL wheels are a matte gray with chrome outer lip and chrome spinner. The GL looks much better and is a key characteristic of looking more authentic. Difference #3: hood The "bulge" of the hood on the SC is larger while the GL version is smaller. GL looks better. A couple items worth mentioning: The tires on the SC are satin black while the GL are matte black. The shifter on the SC is installed backwards (cantilevers towards front) and knob is all black. The GL shifter is installed correctly and has a red button on the top (go baby go :) ) The SC & GL N.O.S. tank are, again, from the same mold, and are same color, but GL has a decal that says "nitro" on it. The GL version is more accurate to the movie car but I believe the SC is meant to represent the Shelby recreation of the Eleanor movie car (aka GT500E) rather than the movie car itself. I have no regrets about buying both, but Greenlight is the most perfect version I have seen of Eleanor. ... show more

  • Crazy Detailed!
I knew the doors, hood & trunk would open, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out the steering wheel turns the front wheels, and the seats move!!! I bought this for my 7 year old, as it was his late father’s favorite. I know he’s going to love it!

  • Great looking model but not 100% accurate
This looks amazing and is very nice looking. Didn’t realize the side fender emblem reads “Gone in 60 Seconds” rather than the normal GT500. Not sure if that would have stopped me from buying it but it does bother me.

  • A near perfect replica!
This is a very detalied diescast car. I am glad to have it in my diecast collection. i like i don't have to worry about unscrewing it from a display stand and can put it anywhere with ease. My only (minor) complaint is the fact that this diecast missing any kind of Shelby badging (front quarter panels, "G.T. 500" on the lower doors, and the Shelby badge between the tailights), perhaps a copyright issue between Greenlight Diecast and ford? That for me keeps it from being a true replica. The diescast from Shelby Collectibles has this corrected (if you want to spend around $100 for basically the same thing). Overall I am pleased with this and highliy recommend this to any collector, or mustang fan, or lover of Gone in 60 seconds! ... show more
