Not sure yet about durability or easy to clean, it has only been a few weeks, so no need to clean it. They do feel sturdy, so that is good. I've been using one as a shoe mat, and another as a drip catcher for my coffee maker. Haven't tried the other applications, but I suppose it would also work well as a Boot Trays Set of 2 Heavy Duty Shoe Trays All Season Pet Feeding Trays Snow Mat for Muddy Shoes Wet Boots , and so on... Fortunately, I haven't had much snow yet this winter.
