My first impression when I opened the box was how great was the packaging. So well wrapped and organized. The shoes are very pretty and sturdy. The design is also very efficient, it helps you to walk from heel to toe. I tried them first just the way they arrived (without any of the extra inserts) and they felt a bit hard. Luckily the shoes come with a couple of extra inserts. Those inserts go under the inner sole. The yellow pair are called "perfect fit", and you can combine wearing them with the "corrective fit" or the "comfort fit" (my shoes came with the confort inserts already.) I have a broken foot (my right one, but the shoe fitted nicely regardless the mild swelling that remains. It felt nice and secured.) I tried the comfort fit inserts + the yellow ones, and it helps a lot. Then I exchanged them for the "corrective fit" inserts + the yellow ones, and it feels different, but good. Those have a bit more of arch support. I have flat feet, maybe those inserts will be helpful later on. On top of that I even tried them wearing the 3 inserts at the same time, and also the combination of "comfort + corrective" inserts 😅 but I don't think you are supposed to do that. For now I just left the yellow+confort inserts.👍🏻 I still need to wear the tennis more to "break" them. I like the fit, they are thick and at the same time well padded. Hopefully they will help me with my plantar fascitis. "Lucky me" ha! (Broken foot, flat feet and plantar fascitis 🙄🫣) In resume, I am happy with my purchase, impressed of how quickly they arrived and how pretty the tennis are. This is my second pair. I have a long ago injury in my right foot and not all shoes are comfortable enough for all day wear. These are! Great support and the rocker design is helpful for my right foot. No pain afterward.

    • Supportive but numb toes

I did research on gdefy vs hokas and in the end I chose gdefy for - price point (cheaper than hokas but still pricey for sneakers) - hokas are more for athletes looking for supportive shoes to run in while gdefy is for folks w feet pain (me!) looking for support as they walk/commute/do daily life things I only had these for a few days and have walked about 12-15 miles in them over several walks. Pros - very comfortable right from the beginning - adjustable with double soles for fit - Comfortable to walk in despite my inflamed and throbbing heel pain. - i like that they gave me an extra sole pair Cons - After a 30-45 min walk, however, my toes / ball of feet started to go numb/hurt forcing me to slow down , Not sure why that is -- maybe I need to break them in, get used to it. I come from years of wearing minimalist shoes so all this extra bulk and support is new to me. - Despite putting both soles in and tightening the shoelaces, my heels still lift slightly as I walk. hoping these shoes will help in the long run as I'm really tired of limping around and grimacing with every step. ... show more

I've had these shoes for two months. I'm a school cafeteria worker without a car. I'm on my feet all day and I walk everywhere I go. I bought these because I stand in one place for three hours. I could feel the pain go from my feet to my heart. Just standing is hard on the heart. By the time I would get home I couldn't stand until the next day. Even then, I still had pain. I bought these shoes. I got them on the weekend and did exactly as the instructions say to do. Only wear them a couple of hours at a time for 2-5 days to adjust to such a shoe. Friday evening they were uncomfortable, but my feet hurt from work anyway. Saturday, I just wore them around the house. They were a little tight at first. A little uncomfortable, but then again my feet were still hurting from work. Sunday, I wore them to walk around the block several times that day. Sunday evening I didn't take them off. Then, my spine, hip, shoulders and neck popped all at once in several locations. Instant relief. Monday, I went to work. I stepped on the concrete floor at work and it was awesome. There was no pain. These shoes have amazing shock absorption. I can stand comfortably for the whole duration of the serving line. Not only that, I went from a size 18 pants to a size 12 in two months. They're so comfortable to workout in. Because they absorb so much shock, your body isn't as sore after aerobic style workouts. I can walk farther and longer without the leg fatigue. I do want to add that I wear thigh high compression socks with these and that aides in the leg fatigue also. I've rarely worn these shoes with regular socks. As for the reviews stating that they are cheaply made, I don't know what they are talking about. My dog plays with my shoes, these are the only pair of shoes I wear. They are holding up just fine. If you are struggling to decide to spend this kind of money like I did trying to justify this cost, buy the shoes. It is so worth the money. I wish I have been wearing them all my life. I will be a customer for life and as soon as I can afford to do so, I will be buying another pair. ... show more

I'm on my feet on a hard surface all day. I've tried every shoe, clog, sneaker. They all sucked. My feet burned, my ankles and knees hurt and my lower back throbbed. Not any more. A few wears and these are by far the best I have found yet. No burning, aching, throbbing. The insoles are wonderful too. The ache ones really work for my high arch. Love them. Buying more. I wear a 9, they fit great and the toe box is wide so my big toe doesn't rub. ... show more

This shoes are pretty good as long as my feet aren’t swollen otherwise they are snugged so I can’t use the additional insole. Over all my feet don’t hurt and that’s a big plus
