My first impression when I opened the box was how great was the packaging. So well wrapped and organized. The shoes are very pretty and sturdy. The design is also very efficient, it helps you to walk from heel to toe. I tried them first just the way they arrived (without any of the extra inserts) and they felt a bit hard. Luckily the shoes come with a couple of extra inserts. Those inserts go under the inner sole. The yellow pair are called "perfect fit", and you can combine wearing them with the "corrective fit" or the "comfort fit" (my shoes came with the confort inserts already.) I have a broken foot (my right one, but the shoe fitted nicely regardless the mild swelling that remains. It felt nice and secured.) I tried the comfort fit inserts + the yellow ones, and it helps a lot. Then I exchanged them for the "corrective fit" inserts + the yellow ones, and it feels different, but good. Those have a bit more of arch support. I have flat feet, maybe those inserts will be helpful later on. On top of that I even tried them wearing the 3 inserts at the same time, and also the combination of "comfort + corrective" inserts 😅 but I don't think you are supposed to do that. For now I just left the yellow+confort inserts.👍🏻 I still need to wear the tennis more to "break" them. I like the fit, they are thick and at the same time well padded. Hopefully they will help me with my plantar fascitis. "Lucky me" ha! (Broken foot, flat feet and plantar fascitis 🙄🫣) In resume, I am happy with my purchase, impressed of how quickly they arrived and how pretty the tennis are. I have had a terrible time with my sciatica. I decided to try these, knowing I could send them back because I have Prime. Well I put them on and it feels like I’m walking on air. They look bulky in the picture but they aren’t. I didn’t want to take them off. They helped a lot with my sciatica but I still have some issues with it. They send an extra set of cushion inserts. I am on my third pair. I wear them all the time! I can also tell a difference in my lower back and my legs don’t feel so tired at the end of the day. I am on my feet all day. The toe box in these shoes is not extra large, as is touted by the seller. Were it, so, these could be the perfect shoe. And, there is some manufacturing variation in fit. My toe was, right, at the end of the shoe in the first pair I purchased, directly, from the manufacturer. A little uncomfortable, but, since the rest of the shoe is great, I was hoping they'd stretch, a bit. It's the largest size they make, so I had no option, there. I took a chance, and ordered this 2nd pair through Amazon. This pair is a titch longer, and the fit is great. And, the shoe is great. If the company DOES, some day, make the toe box larger, this WILL be the perfect shoe for comfort. ... show more

I stand for long hours..(13:hours a day kr more) I found these to be comfortable, cute and well made AND they made m.j e taller! Anything helps when you're 5'.I liked them so much that I ordered a pair for my husband who has had surgery on his ankle and always suffers discomfort. We waited full of anticipation for his shoes to arrive.However some unexpected mishap and we never received them.Disappointment is too mild of a word.Worse yet inconsistent information ruined the experience. Shoes are great! I'd buy them again. Hopefully closer to home ..Walk in ,exchange payment for ptoduct ..no hassle. ... show more

The wife says: I love this shoe! This shoe is great for my injured foot and I'm able to walk pain free with this shoe! I have wide feet, and the extra wide width plus the great fit and supportive soul/heel give me solid footing when walking on uneven ground - like walking the dogs in the park. Cute color, showed up on time, the rubber sole is thick but somehow the shoe is still very lightweight. The cushioned sole is just amazing on its own and then when you add in the orthotic arch supports, the comfort is out of this world! I can already tell that I am going to need more of these. Best shoe I have ever put my foot into, speaking as a nurse who works 12 hour shifts on my feet. My feet were singing! 🥰 ... show more
