Believe me, (I am not a bot or anything), I have some marble ledges and fire place surround that were scratched pretty bad (construction project at the house) and I bought this fully expecting it to NOT work, but it did! The scratches are gone, the marble is shiny and looks new!

The media could not be loaded. The best description is always with your eyes rather than words so look at the video to see the end result. Why I purchased this product was because I damaged the marble after putting CLR on it to clean it. A. BIG. NO. NO! I was so upset as this floor is less than a year old. Ugh! I first had to remove the etching which I did by using MB Stone touch up etch remover exactly as directed. When I was done with that I had a clean floor, no etching- but absolutely no shine or luster. I then used this product the following day- exactly as directed. There was shine & luster but not as beautiful as new. I waited 1 more day and reapplied a second time- exactly as instructed. This left the floor beautifully lustrous and like new! I have definitely learned my lesson with cleaning marble with the right product. Thank goodness I got my hands on Italian Craftsman Polish. I love the result! ... show more

So, I have some experience with polishing & restoring different surfaces / materials. Stone is new to me, but the bottom line is - this stuff is not really a true polish. It has no abrasives & can not restore clarity or fix any scratches (defects) in the stone. It says on the front “contains no wax” - but that’s basically what this is. It may not contain organic “wax”, but this is some type of oil/water emulsion mixed into a gel that just leaves a shiny oil film behind on your stone to “protect” it. The “protection” comes from the fact that the oil film it leaves behind somewhat seals the stone temporarily. You could do exactly what this product does polishing your stone out with a very small amount of petroleum jelly. Think about smearing a thin film of Vaseline in the back of your hand & running it under water. It would increase the shine & repel the water, but that’s about all this stuff is doing. It says on the package it contains petroleum distillates, and that is exactly what it smells like - various organic solvents & some synthetic form of wax. Likely it’s some synthetic polymer or acrylic, so they can get away with saying contains no actual organic wax. This product is basically makeup for your counters. It makes them look a little more reflective & shiny due to the petroleum oil slick it leaves behind. It’s not awful, but it doesn’t serve much of a purpose. Easy to use. Applied the polish on the counter top generously. Used the electric polisher for car to work the polish into the entire kitchen counters. After a few hours of drying, changed the biffing pad on the electric polisher and went over the counter tops to remove any excess polish. Finished by wiping down the counter with a dry paper towel. Love the shiny counters. Will buy product again. Didn’t have the same easy to use =excellent end result with Bona floor polish. ... show more

I like this item more on stainless steel appliances than my granite :) Its nothing extra ordinary but gives smooth look to granite (I use it after thorough cleaning & sealing) BUT it does a lovely job on stainless steal appliances, keeping them finger print free for a much longer time. I have a pure marble table (unsealed) acting as a coffee table so it gets high usage/traffic. It gets dirty pretty easily so I bought this to literally make it shine. Yes, you need to put in some elbow grease to really polish your counters/tables but the end result is worth it. I would suggest that you find an electric/automated spinning brush to make your life easier. ... show more

LOVE IT!!!!!!! IWe remodeled our home and I chose a gray honed granite for countertops. It was dull and chalky looking until I decided to try this polish and WOW!!!!!!!! WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE. It brought out shine and color and makes the kitchen look more beautiful. Used it on my tiki bar granite outside and gave it a mirror shine. I used it in my stainless steel sinks and on my stainless appliances and it it super. I also put some on my entrance cabinet which I just got and it was dull dark blue and now it is shiny and you can see the blue much better. I am also gonna try using it on the rim of my jacuzzi. Maybe there is a better product out there but this worked fantastic for me and made a huge difference. BUY IT!!!!!! Use small amounts in small circles and let it dry for a while, buff with terry cloth. It doesn't leave film if you use it right. ... show more
