The cap top pops out so u can add like paper for decor but it leaves little room for the hangu tassel but over all amazing!!

I was expecting Halloween costume, thin material but it was actually slightly heavy and I was able to iron the folding creases from it very easily. For the price I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fabric, the hat was nice and the fit was perfect. There was no tassle but I really don't care because we have to purchase the school tassle anyway.
