Dings and dents on product! I expected pristine product, instead I got dings and dents on front and back. I will not buy from them again, unless they send a brand new pristine product.

As noted, the product itself is nice. It's a nicely padded certificate holder. The inside is nice, the corner holders are white and appropriate for the design, overall a nice purchase for the price. However, the shipping from Amazon leaves something to be desired. The padded holders were sent in a thinly padded bag with another item that was packaged in a stiff box. You can see the outline of part of the box in one of the photos. I can't explain the marks on the other padded holder. Whoever packed the items was sloppy in not securing the padded holders in a way to assure they would not be damaged. Obviously, damage can happen to any package during shipping, but no effort was made to protect these holders. I must send one of them back, the less damaged one must be used due to a deadline. The first two pictures are from the first time I ordered it and the last three are from the replacement I received after returning the first one. It arrived with indentations in the cover both times. The plastic covering that goes over the diploma is also extremely scratched up. At first I thought it was just dirty and tried to clean it, but no, they are scratches.
