This watch face protector is easy to install and is water tight after installing. It isn’t bulky or too thick and the color matches the Apple Watch finish perfectly. I have had now problems with water getting underneath in the five months of use. I’ve used while swimming, at the beach, doing pottery, showering, and more. My Apple Watch face is totally free from scuffs and scratches thanks to this protector. That said, I am on my third protector in five months. I wear my Apple Watch all day every day, and only take it off at night to charge. That means this protector is taking a beating all day - again, while doing pottery, while swimming, while banging my wrist in things throughout the day… I’m not careful at all, and I live my life as though I don’t have an expensive device in my wrist. So the protector takes a serious beating. The first protector I had for a couple weeks before having to replace - I went on an eight day cruise and it got scuffed up at all the beaches. But my watch itself stayed safe. The picture is of my current, third watch face that I’ve had for a little over a month and a half, taking a beating from the beginning of summer. So, I’d say that the protector is durable in the sense that it stays put on my watch. I have had a crack. The edges, the finished silver, definitely get scuffed up. Most of us that read reviews on Amazon really doubt that they are true reviews. But this review is a truthful review of a product that I bought. No, I really don’t bother doing reviews of products I buy from Amazon, but this one I thought did justifies a review. It states that the case is a “waterproof case” for the Apple Watch. Most cases that you buy for the Apple Watch are not waterproof even the ones that Apple themselves sell. However, the Goton 2 in 1 case is one that makes the claim that it is waterproof case. And I must say that after owning this case that I must concur with their findings, at least from my test, it does not allow water to penetrate underneath the protective case screen in 4 feet of water. That is the deepest I have taken it so far. It has a flat black top to the case and a very shiny bottom part of the case. It comes with everything that you need to clean your Apple Watch face before the protective case is added on top of it. It fits like a glove and after attaching the top part of the case press down on the sides of it to make sure that the O-ring seal, seals correctly to the top of the watch. After that snap the back onto the Apple Watch. The case will add at least 2 mm of size to the outer diameter to the watch. So, if you have a 41 mm Apple Watch, it will become a 43 mm watch on the OD. Be very careful when you buy a case for an Apple Watch because not all of them are waterproof or water resistant. And therefore, water can migrate underneath the protective case screen, and you will have to constantly be pulling the case off of the watch to dry off the screen and the case itself but not so with the Goton case. So far, I have banged the watch a few times by accident and the screen has a very light scratch on the right top side of it that’s not even noticeable unless you’re actually looking for it in the right light. That means that would have scratch the Apple Watch body and screen itself if I did not have the protective case on it. So why buy a protective screen on your Apple Watch? If you are the kind of person like I am that likes to upgrade your Apple products having a scratched-up, damage product doesn’t give you much in return for a trade-in. Just like when you buy a protective case for your iPhone when it comes trade in time, you will get a better price for it than one that’s all scratched up. But there is one thing I thought I should bring up in this review, and that is watches have a tendency to get banged up more than any other piece of jewelry people put on their wrist. I also will state that this is not a case I think you should be pulling on and off the watch itself. I think that will do more harm than good to the O-ring that is impregnated into the bottom of the top watchcase underside to seal it from water getting in-between the two screens. Screen has also not interfered with any of the functions of the watch. The functions are still easily maneuverable, and after a while, you won’t even realize the case is on the watch. ... show more

I got this to replace an older case that was breaking and paint coming off it. It was an easy to put the case on but when it’s on it is on. I made a mistake of leaving the protection film on so I had to take it back off and that was a challenge. At that point I can tell this will protect my watch my other one pops of if it gets snagged when I put a shirt on. This also has a back cover with I like to keep it getting dirty and scratched up. It also came with a tool to help take the cover off ( i wish i had known that earlier hahaha) so with that tool it ahoild be easy to take off. Don’t do what I did. It also came with alcohol wipes toe clean and lint remover. Great product overall! ... show more
