——Update—- The seller contacted me, accepted constructive feedback, and issued a refund for the inconvenience. I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars because this is by far the best customer service experience! ——Original—— On its own merit I rated it a 3, but it has 4 star potential. Taking away one star because of door issues and another star because of security issues. Pros: It is as pictured. Assembly is straightforward (I did it alone would’ve been easy with two or more as suggested). I found the structure plenty sturdy. Most importantly, my puppy loves the large space. Cons: The precut fencing for the door, was seemingly intentionally cut too short and this was known. A single link was included in my box and I had to weave it through the precut fencing in order for the fence to cover the width. Wasn’t too hard, but definitely lost a star. The gap allotted between the lock stile and the frame is too big for my liking. Maybe I misread the measurements, but the 118x118x70 is really 120x120x48 for the square frame. The additional 22” is once the tarp is attached. The height was highly important to me because my puppy (husky) can clear 48” so I was a bit disappointed. In my opinion, without modifications (i.e. locks, heavy duty anchors, etc.) any puppy that wants out of this kennel can escape. ... show more

We received this kennel and it has been sturdier than any of the other kennels we have had. My daughter is a foster mom so we go through them like crazy! This one withstands the dogs jumping on them and trying to get out of them. Great purchase!

    • Seems ok but I have a concern
The assembly was pretty simple. The directions were clear and for the most part easy to read. You will need a good wrench set though. I have not assembled the roof so this review will not include that. It did require at least two people to do the chain link this was large and difficult for one person to attach. Poles and chain link seems durable. Not quite sure about the zip strips holding the chain link on though. It seems kind of cheap and may come off easy. My 3 month old puppy has already chewed through 2. Another issue I was not a fan of is that it came nearly a week after they said it would be delivered. As a matter of fact I was on my way to get another one when I got the notification saying it had been delivered. Extremely unhappy about that. The puppy who was supposed to be indoors a weekend turned into a two week thing. As someone with asthma this was a big inconvenience. ... show more

Not much you can do for the price point, but this thing sucks. It’s very flimsy and poor build materials. It’s pretty easy to assemble, instructions are trash but if you have common sense you’ll be ok. My Shepard/Husky puppy will probably bust through this thing in a couple months. If you’re handy you can use this as a base that you can re enforce to make stronger, if you’re not handy then this might not work out for you. For little worthless dogs, it will likely work just fine other than the softball size holes in the fencing. ... show more

This took about 4 hours in total to put together. We followed every step how it was supposed to be followed down to putting the rubber tips on the chain link. We got an inch of snow and some rain and the entire roof caved in. The metal isn’t sturdy. The whole thing completely snapped. So this ended up being an almost 300$ waste. ... show more
