For the Amazon delivery: It took a few weeks to get the delivery scheduled, but then the delivery company was easy to work with. One issue: The playing surface is not fully flat. The center of the table is slightly lower than the corners so if you are trying to accurately slow roll the cue or a target, the route will not be a straight line, or the spin you intended for. Fast balls look fine. I used a level throughout the table, and the bubble wasn't out of the grid lines anywhere. I noticed the ball routes are off, and spent a lot of time trying to level it. Turns out just the center of the table being lower and the corners have been well leveled. Not sure it would be a quality control issue for my own product, but want to point it out for others. This isn't a deal breaker for me as I am a very entry level player. Pros: The table arrived on time, with careful delivery into my basement. Spent a couple of hours to get it assembled by myself and flipped the table with a helping hand from a friend. The table looks great, well disgned and easy to assemble. The table feels very sturdy. Other Cons: Ball pockets are made of hard plastic, and not perfectly aligned with the holes. Great for longevity, but sometimes pinches your hand when you try to get balls out of them. One stick start bending a little after a week, but did not really affect playing. Overall: Happy with the purchase, you get what you paid for, a very reasonable price for an entry level modern design pool table. Hope the manufacturer could improve on playing surface leveling. ... show more

Table looks great. Easy to setup but you will need 3 of 4 people to turn over on without harming the legs. Felt is thick but makes it a slow service. Looks level at first but after seeing balls roll towards the middle of the table shows that it is not level. You have to use a short level to see the difference. Problem is I’m not sure there is a way to correct the slope in the middle. It is fun being able to play at home but definitely does not play like tables I play on at the bar for pool league. I should have saved more money to buy a slate table. ... show more

This pool table is excellent quality and will be used for many years of family and guest enjoyment. The only problem is that, while the table was packaged like fort knocks, the table itself came slightly damaged. Whatever happened during delivery broke through the top of the box, through a reinforced cardboard layer almost as hard as wood, and through a layer of styrofoam, to create a small 2-3 inch dimple into the felt and surface underneath the felt. We have decided to use the table as is as we don't think there is much the manufacturer could have done to prevent this. ... show more

After using this table for almost 10 days with my family, I feel happy and satisfied with the purchase. Thankfully, the table did not arrive damaged (unlike what I read in other reviews). Assembly was not that complicated but I had to call for help to assemble and put back upright. Playing surface (felt), balls, cue sticks; all are of good quality. Overall, this table is a good entertainment at home for all billiards/pool lovers, and good for beginners to learn, without spending a lot of money. ... show more

Table is not able to be properly leveled all around due to the middle part being lower than the rest of the table. I’m no professional player or anything, but it takes away from a great genuine playing experience when you try to slow roll your shot and it stops in the middle. I just can’t with this table, the reason why I got it was to have a great pool playing experience at home, but I’m not able to. Will look into getting a different table instead. ... show more

This table is a very good table ,very level , very sturdy. However,on arrival it did, however, have a crack in a side pocket. Customer service was very nice at helping me get everything situated. I will continue to use this company for any further purchases. It was easy to set up pretty level already.
