For the price I expected this box to be more sturdier. The latches are plastic and a thin aluminum that bends without much effort.

I like the box because it rolls and have a deep storage compartment in the main part of the box then the smaller box on top is good as well has a separated area I use if for plumbing and hand tools although there is just one thing I’m not to big on and it’s the clear compartment on the top of the smaller box it doesn’t latch or lock and if the top box is opened it tends to spill whatever is inside but other than that it’s a good tool box and the pull handle is not a sturdy as it could be but still a good tool box I use it everyday to do custom bathroom installs ... show more

For a non-pro and around the house type use, this is a fine product. The quality would be comparable to a storage tote in thickness. The wheels and pull handle are a bit flimsy for frequent use. If you’re needing this for a job, you can get a bigger and stronger product for similar money that is thicker and more capable. ... show more

This is my second purchase of the 2 in 1 Tool box. 1st was for my DJ gear. 2nd will be used as a vet box for the horses (as well as for those we ride with). These things are fantastic for these purposes. For tools? I'd be bit skeptical unless one keeps the total weight down. 1st box going on two years and still crankin'. 2nd box just being implemented. But when I made the decision to retire the rusting Vet box, this was my first choice as the replacement. Bottom of the large box is same thickness as the side walls. Point of failure if you ask me. So, I cut a 3/8 inch bit of shelf board to fit. Super happy with the results. ... show more

Fit my budget and this odd-shaped closet pefectly. Too latches for hauling the toolbox and lower storage can be finicky, but I've only had to take the toolbox on the go and it was practical. I've carried three handheld power tools (drill motor, jig, and sander) inside the toolbox alone and found no reason for anything more expensive. The top compartments are also a very useful feature for me, I keep nuts/bolts in separated trays already, but having these additional compartments has been a bonus I won't take for granted! ... show more

It is smaller than I thought it would be! The pull handle pulled out completely and the small tool box lift handle broke off completely!
