The strap on the side of the vest wasn’t even fully sewn into the material. The accessories are flimsy plastic with the exception of the side arm. Ordered 2 of these for Christmas. I thought this was way too expensive to begin with. However, being we live overseas and have family coming over in time for Halloween, I ordered this for my son. This costume will work great for pretend play. It has a lot of gadgets: a knife, badge, helmet, mask, gloves, radio (that beeps when the buttons are pushed), and gun (that makes a shooting sound when the trigger is pulled). Everything can attach to the vest or belt except the gun. The pockets are sewn down the middle so the gun won't go in them either. The vest is cute and has a sturdy zipper and buckles but it doesn't actually unzip. The vest goes on over the head so it may be easier for younger children to put on themselves. The visor that is attached to the helmet had rub marks on it which made it more difficult to see but I'm sure there will be more after it is played with for a while. For a child, this is the jackpot of dress up. It comes in a box that doesn't look too big.. but somehow they fit SO much stuff in there! It has a helmet, the breathing mask/tube, vest, knife, gun and holster, gloves, and badge. It honestly isn't top quality stuff, but I wouldn't want something top of the line for a young child to play rough with anyways. :) It was gifted to a 3 year old little boy that loved it! The vest was a little big, but he didn't notice at all. He was thrilled that the radio made sounds and his stuff fit in the little pockets! The gun holster fit on his jeans and he was a little fighter pilot! I loved how the mask and breathing tube went down and connected to the vest. It actually snaps in and looks so cool! I was really impressed with this set! I would def buy and gift this to someone again, because it was such a big hit with him! The pricing might be a tad bit steep for the quality, but it's such a cool put-together set, that it's really worth it!
